Incision-less otoplasty

In suitable patients, the planned procedure can be carried out using the much-desired "incision-less technique" which avoids the need to remove skin and put multiple stitches behind the ear. This approach reduces bleeding, eliminates the requirement for postoperative pressure dressing, and accelerates recovery. The fact that there is no obvious scar line as a trace of surgery behind the ear also makes the incision-less technique advantageous.
