midface and zygomatic filler injection points for lifting

The zygomatic filler injection points to have a lifting effect.

How is sagging addressed with filler?

With aging, the fat pads on the face lose volume and slightly shift downward. At the same time, thinning and loosening of the skin and subcutaneous tissue continue. Since the ligaments that anchor the skin to the bones show relatively little change, sagging deepens the grooves on our faces.

To reduce sagging, the ligament extending from the cheekbones to the skin is lifted upward, and a filler with high lifting properties is applied underneath to create a filler cushion on the bone. This partially stretches the ligament, and the same filler helps to address the volume loss in the mid-face. Of course, multiple-point applications are made with a plan that will ensure the harmony of the face and correct any asymmetries.

I often perform mid-face and temple filler injections in the same session if needed. This combination results in uplifted cheeks, slightly augmented cheekbones, reduced mid-face depressions, and less prominent tear-through and nasolabial grooves, bringing about delightful results. If still necessary, I prefer injecting for the grooves a few weeks later.
